Contract - 9months - Milan Change Manager – Regional GBS Transformation (Europe) Global transformation programme spanning multiple functions, focused on the set-up of a Global Business Services (GBS) organisation. We are looking for an experienced Change Manager to drive regional Change Management across a defined European sub-region. Scope of Role

Drive regional Change Management for a European sub-Region Change Impact Mapping & Assessment Act as senior stakeholder connect and focal point for market representatives Cascade the strategic change plan into a regional execution plan across multiple markets Coordinate and execute local Change & Communications plans Interface with the Strategic Change Lead for the full Area (Europe + Australia / New Zealand) Cascade change plans and activities from Area to Regional view Open to travel within Europe / the respective European region

Experience Required

5+ years' experience in Change Management and/or Transformation Change certification not required Speaking a local language is a plus, but not required

Coverage: Italy, Hungary, Greece, Balkans, Romania Base: Milan
