Test Engineer - Roller Bench Specialist

Execute roller bench vehicle testing activities, coordinating a team in test setup, configuration, and definition of compliance requirements. Handle high‑pressure situations with initiative and professionalism, including conducting approval tests in the presence of ministerial officials or regulatory bodies.

The candidate will manage the planning, execution, and reporting of roller bench tests and act as a technical reference for the assigned personnel. He/She will drive continuous improvement of existing procedures and contribute to the development of new testing methodologies.

VBA, MATLAB) to support the development of new driving cycles and integrate measurement instrumentation with automation systems.

Contribution to ISO certification processes for emission testing equipment.

Ability to analyze vehicle and subsystem test results, identify deviations, and propose improvement actions.
