What You’ll Do We are looking for an Intern with a strong potential to join our Milan team. This is not a short-term internship, it’s a chance to start your career and grow with us. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals on high-impact projects, helping companies navigate urgent and complex situations. From analyzing corporate performance to building business models and identifying opportunities for growth, you’ll gain hands-on experience that matters. Support client teams in analyzing financial and operational performance Contribute to business modeling, cost reduction initiatives, and profitability improvements Collaborate in dynamic, high-stakes environments where your ideas make a difference Develop skills in problem-solving, communication, and client engagement

What You’ll Need Master’s degree obtained or in progress (all coursework completed and thesis finalized), with strong evidence of academic success. Preferred fields: Business, Finance, Engineering (or equivalent). Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; solid understanding of financial statements Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; SQL knowledge is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Excellent communication skills in English and Italian High energy, adaptability, and a proactive mindset Must become familiar with, and promote and abide by, our Core Values as defined by the AlixPartners’ Code of Conduct and foster an inclusive environment with people at all levels of an organization.
