The role

The Controller is responsible for overseeing financial reporting, budgeting processes, and providing business support to facilitate informed decision-making. This role requires a high level of analytical skill, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate with to stakeholders across the group.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the preparation, analysis, and presentation of monthly and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant standards.

Manage the company’s budgeting cycle, including planning, forecasting, and variance analysis, collaborating with group and department heads to align on targets and objectives

Provide proactive business support by interpreting financial and business data to improve performance and drive growth.

Oversee day-to-day accounting processes to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant accounting standards

Develop and implement internal controls and procedures to safeguard assets and enhance financial integrity.

Serve as a key point of contact for group functions, external auditors, and regulatory bodies regarding financial matters. xdwybme

Qualifications & Background

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Minimum 5 – 10 years of experience within auditing and controlling business partner roles for manufacturing companies

Proven experience working with BI tools (Power BI preferred) Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Proactive, structured, and able to work independently and collaboratively

Fluent in English
