A leading European data centre delivery specialist is seeking

three BIM Team Leads

to join large-scale hyperscale projects currently under construction in multiple European locations.

This organisation delivers fully integrated, turnkey data centre solutions across civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical and commissioning disciplines. The business continues to expand its technical leadership teams to support a strong and secured pipeline of work.

These are fully site-based leadership roles, offering the opportunity to work on complex, high-value, mission-critical developments at the forefront of European data centre construction.

Key Responsibilities Lead and manage full BIM delivery across the project lifecycle Ensure company BIM standards and execution plans are implemented on site Manage and mentor BIM Coordinators and Technicians Coordinate multidisciplinary models and resolve clashes (MEP focus) Liaise with package managers, site engineers, subcontractors and client teams Oversee production of coordinated drawings, models and schedules Support continuous improvement and BIM innovation initiatives

Skills & Experience 8+ years’ experience delivering BIM on large-scale construction projects Strong Revit experience (MEP bias essential) AutoCAD (preferred) and Navisworks (advantageous) Proven experience leading BIM teams on complex projects Relevant Engineering (or similar) degree Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
