About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated

Proposal Engineer

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have technical background and experience in the field of

Rotating Equipment , with a particular focus on compressors, industrial fans and air handling systems, ideally developed in industries such as energy, oil & gas, heavy industry, or large-scale industrial equipment manufacturing. As a Proposal Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and managing technical-commercial proposals, fostering strong client relationships, and ensuring that our solutions meet customer specifications and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage detailed technical-commercial proposals for rotating machinery. Work closely with clients to understand their technical requirements and provide tailored solutions. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Collaborate with the engineering and design teams to ensure that product specifications meet client needs and industry standards. Provide technical support and consultation throughout the sales process and after product delivery. Monitor industry trends and competitive products to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. 1-3 years experience in technical sales, preferably in the field of rotating equipment such as industrial fans, compressors, turbines, blowers, or pumps. Strong understanding of rotating machinery principles and technology. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events. Knowledge of English language.
