Your key responsibilities will include: Build strong relationships with guests, offering tailored drink recommendations Prepare and serve drinks according to brand standards, ensuring consistency Maintain cleanliness and organization at the bar counter and surrounding areas Maximize sales through up‑selling and responding to guest needs promptly Stay updated on menu items and assist with the training of new bar team members Adhere to safety, hygiene, and health protocols to ensure a safe bar environment What We Look For
