About the Role Grape Tours is looking for a passionate and charismatic

Brand Ambassador

to oversee hospitality operations at Campo Sasso and deliver an exceptional guest experience in a unique Tuscan setting. Campo Sasso and Grape Tours are part of the Jollie group — a collective of brands united by strong values: authenticity, sustainability, regenerative agriculture, local craftsmanship, and the Italian art de vivre. This role is ideal for someone who combines hospitality excellence, storytelling talent, and operational autonomy in a boutique wine environment.

Contract Details

Fixed-term, part-time contract (30 hours per week) Monday to Friday 7 months (April–October 2026) Italian Hospitality CCNL – Level 3 (Livello 3)

Wine & Cheese Experience You will be the face of Campo Sasso and responsible for creating memorable tasting experiences. Your responsibilities: Organize and host on-site wine & cheese tastings Present wines and cheeses with confidence and storytelling flair Share the history, terroir, and philosophy behind each product Ensure a warm, refined, and engaging guest experience Set up and reset tasting spaces according to quality standards

Brand & Communication Support Beyond hospitality, you will contribute to strengthening the brand presence.

Support content creation (photos, short videos, captions) Capture authentic guest moments and experiences Assist with marketing and communication initiatives

Profile We are looking for someone who is:

Autonomous and highly organized Naturally charismatic and comfortable with public speaking Passionate about hospitality, wine, and gastronomy (especially cheese) Detail-oriented and quality-driven

Mandatory requirements: Previous experience in wine tastings in the Chianti area Professional certification or formal education in wine, oenology, sommelier studies, or gastronomy (mandatory) Valid driving license and personal vehicle Fluent English (daily interaction with international guests) Full legal authorization to work in Italy Currently residing in the close surroundings of Campo Sasso (Comune di Greve in Chianti)
