Procurement Projects Coordinator

Our international headquarters are located in USA (NY), Canada (Toronto), England (Crawley, Sussex), Asia (Singapore), China (Shanghai) and Middle East (Dubai).To strengthen our Purchasing team, we are looking for a Procurement Projects Coordinator that will be based in Italy (preferably in Firenze, Milano or Treviso areas) :Tasks & Responsibilities :Coordinate RFI and RFQ processes on current suppliers and potential new prospects in alignment with strategic plan and material cost objectivesSupport Supplier Development and Quality Team to audit suppliers and work on quality issues resolutions and scorecards performanceSet-up and update of procurement data in our ERP (SAP)Lead projects of supply source localization, resourcing including mold and tools transfersOn request, support to:Creating and sending ordersTracking and negotiate delivery timesFollow-up and control of order confirmationsSupplier invoice controlProfile : Bachelor’s degree in commercial or technical engineeringAt least 5 years of proven experience in purchasing and procurementKnowledge of an ERP system, SAP an assetExperience of at least one category among Electronics, Metals, Injection molding (plastics and/or Metals)Ability to read technical drawings and understand various manufacturing processesExcellent negotiation and project management skills, diplomatic and pragmaticFluent Italian & English speaker;

French and/or German would be a plusRigorous, autonomous, good stress managementAbility to work in a team with a project management set up
