Senior Clinical Research Associate – Remote (Italy) | €50,000 - €65,000 + Car Allowance

Key Responsibilities: Full site management from start-up to close-out. Conduct feasibility, pre-study, initiation, monitoring, and closeout visits (Phase I–III). Prepare and attend investigator meetings; manage clinical supplies and drug safety follow-up. Perform SDV, CRF review, regulatory document checks, and drug accountability. Report and follow up on adverse events and serious adverse events. Assess patient recruitment and retention.

What We’re Looking For: Minimum 3 years’ proven CRA experience. Strong organizational skills and willingness to travel within Italy.

Salary & Benefits: €45,000–€52,000 plus car allowance, with additional benefits and career development opportunities.
