Our Client is specialized in Wealth Management, Investment Banking and Asset Management.We are looking for a Temporary HR Generalist with a strong analytics focus.Your role:lifecycle & Workforce Administration Manage accurate and efficient HR administration processes from onboarding to workforce administration, employee lifecycle management, and exit procedures. Resolve employee inquiries promptly and precisely, ensuring clear communication and an excellent employee experience. Handle local activities connected to internship (stage) activation, ensuring coordination with institutions, compliance with local regulations, and timely processing of documentation. Administer and improve HR operational processes while maintaining compliance with service standards and timelines.HR Systems & Process Improvement Oversee daily management of HR systems, driving continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and user experience. Measure, review, and optimize HR services, tools, and processes to increase standardization, simplification, automation, and self-service adoption. Support both local and Group initiatives aimed at improving HR processes and contribute to the analysis and updating of HR procedures.Payroll & Benefits Administration Assist with monthly payroll processing in a complex organizational environment, supporting payroll operations and related administrative tasks. Manage payroll inquiries and escalations in collaboration with the HR Advisory Center. Support the coordination and administration of benefits programs.HR Analytics & Reporting Cooperate with the strategic analysis of HR metrics and indicators, providing insights that support resource planning and organizational decision making. Internal Collaboration & Stakeholder Management Provide support to HR Operations teams and act as an interface when specialized expertise is required. Partner with the HR Head and HR Business Partners in daily resource management and coordination with functions such as controlling and accounting. Actively participate in business projects across the organization that require HR involvement. Responsabilita: You'll be working in the HR Team that is a part of Service Delivery stream located in Milan. Working with multiple Stakeholders hand-in hand, we keep employees and line managers happy, solving problems for them primarily via email or through our ticketing system.Your expertise :
ideally previous work experience in HR (2-4 years) or operations or any multinational customer-oriented company
proficient with MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook. You are confident with data management ( excel, macros)
