We are looking for a passionate Visual Merchandising Coordinator to join the Experience Department, located in Milan. Description The Visual Merchandising Coordinator is a key operational role responsible for ensuring brand consistency, excellence, and visual uniformity across all global boutiques. Acting as the primary liaison between Headquarters and Regional teams, the ideal candidate will translate creative concepts into actionable global guidelines. She/He will drive the flawless execution of VM strategies, optimizing the communication flow and providing the tools necessary to maintain high-quality display standards worldwide. The perfect candidate possesses a meticulous eye for detail, a strong graphic sensibility, and a proven ability to coordinate complex projects in a fast-paced, multi-regional environment. Key Responsibilities Guidelines & Content Development: Develop and finalize comprehensive Global Visual Merchandising Guidelines (VMGs) for seasonal collections, capsules, and special launches. Ensure all instructions are clear, visually compelling, and technically accurate. Regional Coordination & Support: Act as the central point of contact for all VM communications from HQ. Ensure Regional teams (APAC, EMEA, AMERICAS) receive timely updates, tools, and support materials for local implementation. Execution & Performance Monitoring: Collect and analyze implementation reports and “after-set-up” photos from the regions. Provide constructive feedback and resolve execution discrepancies to ensure global alignment. Tool Creation & Project Management: Design support materials including floor plans, schematics, and planograms. Support the Global VM Manager in special projects, such as New Store Openings (NSO) and the rollout of new display concepts. Training & Onboarding: Contribute to the development of training modules and onboarding materials for regional VM staff and retail teams, focusing on the correct application of global directives. Archive & Documentation: Maintain a structured digital archive of all VM materials, global photographic records, and historical documentation to ensure data accessibility and consistency.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Management, Architecture, Design, or a related creative/business field. 2-3 years of experience in Visual Merchandising, specifically in a Coordination or HQ-based role, preferably within the Luxury or Premium Retail sector. Proven experience in drafting technical manuals, guidelines, and visual communication tools. Excellent proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint/Keynote) and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign and Photoshop are essential). Fluency in English is mandatory (written and spoken); Italian is considered a plus. Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex creative ideas into clear, actionable instructions. A proactive, problem-solving mindset with an extreme orientation to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
