Job Description Are you passionate about technology and cars? If so, Bosch Service Solutions is the place for you. Here you will have the opportunity to work for a leading global motor company, assisting customers who drive automobiles, motorbikes or use power equipment. You will provide assistance with questions on the product portfolio, import/export procedures, first‑level technical support, complaints and support with the use of the IoT technologies that these vehicles are equipped with, including apps. In this role you will utilize your language skills in Italian to provide outstanding customer service and support to Italian‑speaking customers.

Responsibilities

Manage incoming contacts such as phone calls, e‑mails and letters from customers, promptly and professionally handling all communication and ensuring inquiries and concerns are addressed in a timely manner.

Provide information about products, resolve client queries and explain company policies in a clear and helpful manner.

Serve as a brand ambassador and provide outstanding service to clients, building rapport and ensuring customer needs are met with professionalism and care.

Participate in a company‑paid training of 2–3 weeks to become an expert in vehicles’ customer support and internal procedures.

Work Monday to Friday – weekends free – with a 39‑hour week on the following shifts: 08:00–16:00, 09:00–17:00, 10:00–18:00.

Work in a hybrid setup that allows balancing professional life with personal interests.

Qualifications

Previous customer service experience is desirable but not essential.

Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to handle customer queries with empathy.

Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a people‑person mindset.

Analytical, tech‑savvy, and comfortable using software tools.

C2 level in Italian and fluency in English; interviews will be in English and initial training is 100% in English.
