Companys core business is the management of automotive administrative procedures for commercial clients such as leading car manufacturers, car rental companies, and dealerships. Since 2023, the company has been part of a German group, which is the largest provider of vehicle registration and related services in Germany, which is currently expanding its services across Europe. We are looking for an Accounting Supervisor . The position has been created to support the establishment and development of the company’s management control and accounting structure. The company aims to strengthen the Accounting Supervisor function to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across the full accounting cycle.

Oversee the entire accounting cycle (accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger) up to the pre‑tax financial statements. Supervise service revenue accounting, ensuring correct recognition, compliance with internal policies, and alignment with business operations. Coordinate and support the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes. Monthly management control activities, ensuring basic financial monitoring and timely reporting Ensure compliance with Italian accounting standards and internal control requirements. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to support financial planning, reporting, and audit activities. Drive continuous improvement of accounting processes, tools, and internal controls. xpavfwm Minimum 4 years of experience in account department Solid understanding of treasury processes and revenue recognition. Fluent in English
