Front Office Supervisor
to join our team.
The ideal candidate is willing to provide authentic, luxury experiences in world-renowned destinations to our guests, demonstrating care, confidence, curiosity and community.
He/She is passionate about service and willing to grow professionally.
He/She works closely with our guests while they are on property to discover their preferences and how they want to feel, creating tailored recommendations.
Reports to Front Office Manager.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Oversee Front Office operations, ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures
Manage guest billing and cash handling with accuracy and accountability
Communicate relevant guest and group information to internal departments
Anticipate guest needs and handle complaints professionally
Supervise and support team members
Requirements
Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional service standards
Fluency in English and Italian (a third language is highly desirable)
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role within a luxury leisure hospitality (resort setting preferred)
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal awareness
Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team
Results‑oriented mindset with the ability to drive performance and achieve targets
High level of adaptability in a dynamic environment
Global perspective with cultural sensitivity and international awareness
