We’re looking for a

Global Growth Manager

to drive the strategy, experimentation, and execution behind our next wave of global AI products. You will play a key role in shaping user acquisition, retention, monetization, and product-led growth across our portfolio.

What You’ll Do • Own growth strategy for one or more AI consumer apps (acquisition, retention, monetization) • Run fast-paced A/B tests, funnel analysis, pricing experiments, onboarding optimization, and growth loops • Lead performance marketing initiatives across Meta, TikTok, Google, and other channels • Partner with product, engineering, data, and creative teams to drive high-impact experiments • Analyze user behavior, cohort data, CAC/LTV, and subscription economics • Identify and scale new growth levers for global markets — especially Europe • Drive continuous learning through data, insights, and rapid iteration

What We’re Looking For • 2–6 years of experience in

growth, product, data, performance marketing, or monetization • Strong analytical mindset (data-driven decision-making, experimentation thinking) • Experience with mobile apps, AI products, subscription models, or high-scale consumer tech • Ability to operate fast, prioritize effectively, and execute across functions • Familiarity with SQL, BI tools, attribution platforms, or experimentation frameworks is a plus • Curiosity, ownership, and a bias for action • Fluent in English; based in Europe or able to work with European markets
