Restructuring&turnaround senior consultant - florence

We are looking for a Professional to hire with 2–4 years of experience to join their Restructuring team. This is a highly dynamic and high-impact environment, where you will have the opportunity to work on complex situations, supporting companies, private equity funds and financial institutions through transformation processes, debt restructuring and special situations. What you will do You will be part of a specialized team and involved in activities such as:

analysing financial performance to assess the real situation of companies building financial models and business plans performing independent business reviews supporting commercial and operational due diligence processes assisting in negotiations with key stakeholders (banks, investors, funds) working on distressed M& A transactions supporting cash management and turnaround initiatives contributing to cost optimization and organizational improvement

What we are looking for

4–5+ y of experience in restructuring, special situations or corporate finance a degree in Finance, Business Administration or Management Engineering strong analytical skills and solid financial modelling capabilities fluency in English (international exposure is a plus) excellent command of Microsoft
