Ali Professional è la divisione di Ali Spa specializzata nella ricerca e selezione di profili specialistici e sulle figure di Middle & Top Management. For an automated retail software start-up company based in Italy, we are looking for a Sales Specialist DACH to lead commercial development in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The role focuses on B2 B Saa S sales to vending operators, automated retail companies, and smart store operators interested in connecting their machines to delivery platforms and digital payment systems. This is a high-autonomy role for someone comfortable building relationships, managing the full sales cycle, and expanding a new market. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Market development

Develop and execute the commercial strategy for the DACH region Identify and approach vending operators, automated retail companies and smart store operators Build and manage a strong pipeline of potential clients

Sales execution

Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, demo, negotiation, closing Present th E platform to potential customers Convert inbound and outbound leads into active customers

Partnerships

Support the CEO in developing relationships with vending industry players and retail technology providers Support strategic partnerships with delivery platforms and hardware manufacturers

Market feedback

Provide insights on pricing, positioning and market dynamics in DACH Collaborate with product and leadership team to adapt the offering to local market needs.

Experience

3–7 years in B2 B sales, preferably Saa S, retail tech, food tech or vending industry Experience selling to SMB / mid-market operators Comfortable managing the entire sales cycle independently

Sales stack & tools The candidate should be comfortable using the full modern sales stack, including:

CRM systems (e.g. Hub Spot or similar) Prospecting tools (Linked In Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.) Digital outreach and lead generation (Google search, Linked In, email campaigns) Pipeline and deal management in CRM Online demo tools (Zoom, Meet, etc.)

The role requires a hands-on, full-stack sales approach, from lead generation to closing. Skills

Strong commercial mindset and negotiation skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment Structured pipeline management and reporting

Languages

Native or fluent German Professional English

Italian is a plus but not required. What We Offer
