Store Manager – Key Responsibilities Achieve and consistently exceed sales targets and performance standards Monitor performance through sales analysis and KPI tracking Maintain an excellent level of customer service and client experience Ensure strong day-to-day store operations, including administrative tasks (planning, scheduling, priorities, etc.) Lead the store business and drive execution on the shop floor Manage, motivate, and develop a high-performing team Identify training needs and support ongoing coaching of store employees Apply all Loss Prevention procedures and safeguard company assets Represent the brand with professionalism and promote it positively at all times Ensure effective stock and inventory management
