A government contractor in Aviano is looking for a Systems Technician specializing in telephony and IT support. This role involves providing first-level support for telephony systems, managing IT service requests, and maintaining an accurate asset inventory. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of IT technical support experience, a high school diploma (with an Associate’s degree preferred), and knowledge of telephony systems.
