Executive Assistant Intern

to support the

Global Chief Creative Officers (CCOs) in day-to-day operational, organisational, and coordination activities. This role offers direct exposure to senior leadership, international stakeholders, and strategic communication initiatives. Provide organisational, administrative and operational support to the Global CCOs Support coordination and alignment between creative, account, content, strategy and leadership teams Prepare presentations, documents, and briefing materials if needed Bachelor’s degree (or currently enrolled) in Communication, Humanities, Creative Industries, International Relations, Business, or related fields Excellent command of English, both written and spoken Comfort working in fast-paced, creative, and international environments Proficiency in MS Office Strong interest in creativity, advertising, branding, and corporate communications Previous experience (even brief) in assistant, coordination, or creative support roles Paid internship (6 months) with the possibility of extension or full-time employment Direct exposure to a global creative leadership role Dynamic, international, and creative working environment Joining Our Team Means Joining a Network Of Talented And Passionate Individuals Who Inspire And Challenge One Another.
