Your Role:

- Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and engaging with Dutch-speaking candidates.

- Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate their qualifications and compatibility with our clients’ needs.

- Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of job requirements.

- Facilitate effective communication with candidates throughout their recruitment journey to ensure a positive experience.

- Utilize various recruitment tools and strategies to attract high-quality talent efficiently.

- Contribute to team meetings with insights and innovative ideas to improve talent acquisition strategies.

- Engage in continuous professional development through training opportunities to hone your recruitment skills.

- Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a valuable addition.

- A proactive and enthusiastic approach to supporting candidates and teams throughout the recruitment process.

- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and internal stakeholders.

- Organizational skills and attention to detail to manage tasks efficiently within a fast-paced environment.

- A collaborative mindset with a willingness to contribute as part of a dedicated team.
