BYD Europe BV located in Schiedam, Netherlands is the marketing and sales HQ of BYD Co., BYD Europe BV offers a full line of BYD electric vehicles, including all-electric cars, all-electric buses, and all-electric forklift trucks.
Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the BESS business with utilities, industrial clients, and renewable energy developers.
Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead qualification to solution design, proposal preparation, and deal closure.
Work together with Technical Solution team to complete OTA and TAS process of all BYD Energy Storage products,and to make BYD Energy Storage new product is ready to be used by all the other customers.

Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders in the renewable energy sector, including utility companies, grid operators, and regulatory bodies.
Collaborate with regulatory bodies and transmission operators for seamless BESS integration into the power grid.Stay informed on changes in grid codes, transmission line requirements, and energy storage regulations.
Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
~3 to 5 years of experience in renewable energy technical support, sales, or project management, with a focus on BESS, PCS, or EMS.
~ Strong understanding of energy storage systems and grid compliance requirements (IEC, IEEE standards).
~ Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and grid codes for integrating energy storage systems.
~ Willingness to travel for client meetings and project site visits.
