**About The Role:**

/*/*This role will not be onboarded until August 20th, 2025/*/*This role will assist the Engineering Managers in diagnosing, providing service, and repairs to resort equipment including electrical, plumbing, steam, gas, fire & safety, and HVAC refrigeration. This role will respond to inquiries and problems in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies. Engineer 1 will also be responsible for executing Preventive Maintenance Tasks per Four Seasons Operating Standards and aMinimum 4 + years previous experience plant maintenance and operation, including chillers, boilers hot water and steam, pumps, softeners, VFD, DB, pool equipment etc.,certifications preferred. Trade school in mechanics, refrigeration etc. strongly preferredRequires technical knowledge of general building maintenance including HVAC equipment, plumbing, electrical in addition laundry and kitchen equipment knowledge is preferred.

Ability to operate computer equipment. This role has direct contact with guests and as such, good communication skills are a necessity.Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions. Good organizational skills, with the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate will have a confident, outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any request. Position requires continuous standing for 8 or more hours a day and requires the ability to lift up to 50lbs.Fluency in English is required for this location and this job requires applicants to have current work authorization in the in the United States.**What We Offer:**
