Finance Manager

Ali Professional, on behalf of a key client operating in the sale, rental and service of high‑quality construction machinery, and part of a solid and publicly listed international group, is looking for a:FINANCE MANAGER - BOLOGNAMain ResponsibilitiesFull responsibility for the Finance function of the Bologna business unit.Oversight of daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts receivable and accounts payablePreparation and management of annual budgets and forecasts, in cooperation with department heads.Periodic reporting to headquarters in Germany of sales analysis, cash flow forecast, profit and loss (P&L)Development and monitoring of financial KPIs.Preparation and submission of VAT returns.Support in preparing the annual income tax and financial statements.Opportunity to actively shape the strategic role of Finance within the company, working closely with management.RequirementsBachelor's or Master’s degree in Economics or related fields.At least 3 years of experience in a similar role or within auditing.Entrepreneurial mindset, with strong motivation, passion and willingness to contribute in a dynamic SME environment.Knowledge of SAP (a strong plus).Familiarity with IFRS principles.Hands-on attitude, flexible and ready to support operational needs when required.Languages required: Professional English (C1)Professional German (C1)
