The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for the successful market & business development of the company’s products and services mainly in Italy and EMEA.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute plans to maintain & grow profitable sales, forecasts, opportunity identification
Further development of the customer base in line with the strategic plan for the business
Identify new business and product opportunities
Management and servicing of the existing customer base
Build and strengthen customer relationship and loyalty
Establish strategic relationship within all functional areas at customer
Liaise with technical and manufacturing people at both internal and external customers
Maintain knowledge of competitors ‘activities in marketplace, develop and implement strategies to counter such activities.
Qualifications
Good engineering analytic skills
Must have a proven track record of sales growth
Strong knowledge of the process industry, preferable from the Textile, Tannery or the corrugating industry
Risk Assessment Proficiency.
Fluent in Italian and English.
