Sales Engineer

The Sales Engineer in the water treatment sector, deals with routine activities and technical maintenance on systems such as water softeners and reverse osmosis systems. The role ensures the correct functioning of the equipment installed at customer sites, guaranteeing operational continuity and compliance with the required parameters.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

- Perform periodic checks on water softening and reverse osmosis systems.

- Perform routine maintenance such as:

- replenishing salt in brine tanks,

- replacing filters (washable mesh, activated carbon, RO cartridges),

- checking valves, resins, and mechanical components.

- Conduct checks and diagnose any anomalies.

- Verify the correct functioning of the softener and accessory equipment.

- Perform analytical tests on the water.

- Compile technical reports and update documentation on interventions.

- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and current regulations in the field of water treatment.

REQUIRED SKILLS

- Basic knowledge of hydraulics, components, and water circuits.

- Minimum experience with water treatment systems (preferably softeners, filters, RO).

- Ability to perform analytical water tests (hardness measurement).

- Ability to read system diagrams and technical documentation.

- Familiarity with measuring instruments, titrators, and analysis equipment.

- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.

- Ability to respond quickly in the event of anomalies.

- Operational autonomy and efficient management of field activities.

- Accuracy, reliability, and attention to detail.

- Driver's license and willingness to travel within the territory.
