Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced

Civil Supervisor

(Surveyor or Civil Engineer) to oversee heavy civil structural works at industrial sites. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in reinforced concrete (both in-situ and precast), revamping projects, and managing on-site construction activities in industrial environments, preferably steel or metallurgical plants.

Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate civil construction activities on-site, including execution of reinforced concrete structures (in-situ and precast). Manage subcontractors and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and schedule requirements. Monitor all phases of construction execution and provide technical guidance to the site team. Prepare detailed and specialized technical reports on site activities, progress, and issues. Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.

Requirements:

Education:

Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or Surveying.

Experience:

Minimum 15 years in civil supervision of heavy structural works, ideally in industrial settings and revamping projects.

Legally Authorized to Work in Italy Skills: Strong knowledge of construction execution phases. On-site management of subcontractors. Reporting and preparation of specialized technical documentation. Language:

English – must Italian – nice to have
