We also help merchants connect with their customers, process exchanges and returns, and manage risk. We enable consumers to engage in cross-border shopping and merchants to extend their global reach while reducing the complexity and friction involved in enabling cross-border trade. Lead the Buy Now Pay Later sales initiative for all of the Southern Europe (France, Italy and Spain) region. In addition to achieving their own portfolio sales targets, this role will manage a team of BNPL Account reps to achieve the overall sales objectives for the region Lead complex projects of diverse scope requiring an understanding of current business trends. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product sales strategies. Provide expertise in product knowledge and market insights to enhance sales efforts. 8+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.

Lead the Buy Now Pay Later sales initiative for all of the Southern Europe (France, Italy and Spain) region. In addition to achieving their own portfolio sales targets, this role will manage a team of BNPL Account reps to achieve the overall sales objectives for the region· Build pipeline with Account Executives and Enterprise Sales for BNPL and Credit opportunities. Partner with Global Consumer Credit and Global Pay Later on positioning and go to market plans. Manage multiple projects and support merchant testing at launch to meet regulatory and best practice standards. Proven direct sales success with consumer credit or BNPL across mid market, large, and enterprise accounts. Strong C suite presentation and negotiation skills with the ability to land balanced commercial terms. Ownership of pipeline, organized execution, and attention to detail within a defined sales process.
