What You’ll Be Doing:

Lead monthly training sessions for distributors, installers, and EPCs, covering product solutions, installation best practices, and commissioning. Spot potential sales bottlenecks and ensure timely resolution while keeping customers informed. Conduct regular visits to key partners to collect feedback, insights, and future product requests. Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to support strategic decisions. Partner closely with the sales team to validate forecasts and maintain portfolio accuracy.

What We’re Looking For:

A degree in Electrical Engineering or a similar technical/business field. Experience in renewable energy (Solar PV preferred). Excellent communication and commercial acumen. The ability to operate independently in a fast‑moving environment. Fluency in Italian.
