Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Manager role located in Como. The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of the HR function, including workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and compliance with labor laws. Primary responsibilities include managing HR policies and procedures, fostering a positive workplace culture, onboarding and developing talent, resolving employee concerns, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. xpavfwm Collaboration with leadership to implement strategies for staff engagement, retention, and growth is also a key part of the role.
