Orio al Serio Airport (BGY) is approximately 55 km away, Milan Malpensa Airport (MXP) is around 160 km from the property.JOB DESCRIPTIONKEY RESPONSIBILITIESOversee all financial operations of the hotel, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.Prepare monthly financial statements, forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses in line with corporate and ownership requirements.Manage cash flow, accounts payable and receivable, payroll coordination, and treasury controls.Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.Implement and monitor internal controls, audit processes, and financial policies to safeguard assets.Work closely with department heads to support cost control, budgeting, and operational efficiency.Oversee procurement processes, supplier contracts, and invoice approvals.Coordinate with external auditors, consultants, and corporate finance teams.Support pre-opening or seasonal ramp-up activities including system setup and financial procedures.Provide financial insights and recommendations to hotel management to support decision-making.EXPERIENCE & SKILLSBachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).5 years of finance experience in hospitality, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.Strong knowledge of hotel accounting, financial reporting, and cost control.Experience working with PMS, POS, and accounting systems.Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.Experience in pre-opening phases or project setup is a significant advantage.Fluent in English and Italian.JOINING OUR TEAM MEANSCompetitive Compensation: A rewarding package tailored to your experience.Career Growth: Opportunities for advancement within our dynamic organisation.Inclusive Environment: A vibrant and inclusive workplace that encourages collaboration.Shared Purpose: Working with passionate people who live our values every day — connecting, innovating, curating, and leading the way together.
