As a Product Designer, you'll lead the end-to-end process of crafting seamless, user-centric UI and UX for new features. You'll partner closely with engineers to evolve our design system—balancing high-value solutions with technical feasibility—while leveraging usage data and cross-functional insights to iterate and continuously elevate our platform. This is a consultancy engagement, not an employment contract. The selected consultant will work independently, bringing their specialized knowledge and experience to our projects. Shape outstanding user experiences and impact the success of our platform by creating flawless UI and UX designs, from conceptualization to delivery. Lead the end-to-end design of new features, from discovery to delivery. Focus on user testing and research to ensure our customers are always at the core of our product designs. Help grow and improve our design system to impact scalability and product-wide consistency. Work closely with product managers and software engineers to propose new features and improve the quality of the product. Leverage usage data to evaluate the impact of your designs, and apply your learnings to the next iterations. Basic HTML and CSS knowledge. Bring 3+ years of experience in digital product environments with expert-level mastery of Figma and modern research tools. Are a persuasive communicator capable of articulating design rationale to influence senior stakeholders and manage complex relationships. Operate with high autonomy, taking a proactive approach to projects while maintaining total transparency and reliability. Embody a true team spirit, prioritizing the best ideas over your own and staying ready to "get your hands dirty" to help the team succeed. Are fully proficient in English, with the ability to read, write, and speak fluently in a professional setting. HR Introductory Call (15 minutes): a brief phone call with HR to provide an overview of the company and the role, as well as to gain insight into your experience and background HR Video Interview (45 minutes): A more in-depth virtual interview with HR to explore the topics discussed in the phone call and further assess your fit for the role Business Task Presentation (45 minutes): a virtual video interview where you'll present your solution to a business task provided beforehand to the Hiring Manager and team members.
