Supply Chain Lead

As we scale our ingredient ecosystem and prepare for commercial expansion, we are looking for a proactive, detail‑driven Supply Chain Lead to join our growing team. What You’ll Do

Own and streamline the full supply chain of Foreverland Foods: sourcing, forecasting, production planning, and logistics.

Transform novel NPD ingredients into commercially scalable, reliable supply chains.

Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers, validating specifications, and driving cost reductions over time.

Build scalable systems for inventory, demand planning, and cost management.

Coordinate production with external co‑manufacturer.

Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, and sustainability standards.

Mitigate risks for critical and emerging raw materials.

Collaborate with R&D, Ops, Finance, and Commercial teams to enable product launches and new formulations.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, and operations in the food or beverage industry (confectionery highly preferred).

Proven experience building supply chains for non‑commodity ingredients.

Strong negotiation, supplier management, and project management skills.

Analytical mindset with experience in forecasting and supply planning.

Comfortable in fast‑paced environments and excited to build processes from scratch.

Passionate about sustainable food systems and chocolate – Food Tech background is a plus.
