Technical Delivery Specialist

In Italy, InPost operates a network of over 5,000 fully automated parcel lockers, accessible 24⁄7 , allowing customers to collect, send and return parcels whenever it suits them. Our ever-expanding network of location partners includes major supermarkets, petrol stations, railway hubs and shopping centres.

A fantastic opportunity to join the Deployment Operations team at InPost Italy. In this role, you’ll be responsible for analyzing site survey reports and assessing the technical work required for the installation of InPost parcel lockers. You’ll collaborate with multiple internal teams and external subcontractors to ensure smooth operations and the successful readiness of sites to support our fast parcel network growth. This is a great opportunity to grow within a fast-paced, international environment and gain hands-on experience in operations and deployment activities.

Analyze site survey reports and evaluate the required works (e.g., electrical and building activities) for Inpost parcel locker installations Manage relationships with subcontractors, ensuring activities are completed in line with InPost standards and SLAs Collaborate remotely with cross-functional teams to support a smooth operational process Ensure accurate data alignment across different CRMs and reporting tools Occasionally travel for on-site technical inspections when needed

At least 1 year of experience in Operations or a similar role A technical background (experience as a surveyor, building/electrical surveyor, or architect is a plus) Fluent Italian and English, both written and spoken Basic knowledge of tools such as AutoCAD or Photoshop is a plus Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) Experience working with subcontractors and SLAs is a plus Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote team Be part of a multinational and fast-growing company Flexible, creative and vibrant working environment Unlimited access to GoodHabitz, our online training platform Contribute to building a responsible and eco-sustainable logistics network Join a team of passionate, skilled and motivated people
