MISSION To ensure the achievement of technical and commercial targets (customer satisfaction) optimizing both process and sell-out actions, by the Authorized repairs. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Workshop Loyalty: set-up of the sales purchasing target per workshop, constant alignment with Parts ZM and Hub Sales Manager to define commercial policies and animation, definition of action plans and follow up Service Marketing activities: definition of the marketing plan at workshop level through the tools and resources made available by PSA: Marketing portal, ATL and BTL plans, POS materials, CRM activities Ensure and track service quality, customer satisfaction & Stellantis standards compliance Monitor CSI & IACS KPIs and share the action plans with Service Manager Share Quality results linked with the remuneration policy Manage technical & warranty KPIs including recall campaigns follow up Monitor Warranty KPIs and definition of an action plan Monitor Technical skills and training follow up Manage & track the workshops loyalty, efficiency & business performance Workshop KPIs: Saturation - Productivity – Efficiency Service contracts animation
