Key Account Sales Manager

This role aims to
drive commercial success in Italy
by connecting local market dynamics with global objectives. You will use market insights to guide decisions, execute sales strategies, and uncover new business opportunities that ensure sustainable growth. Manage and develop key
accounts
within the country.
Generate
Up sale/Cross sale
opportunities and
achieve commercial targets
with existing Customers.
Follow up
Contract renewals
and support the Head of Sales in the
Renegotiation.
Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Product, Marketing) to ensure success.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, or a related field
~2–4 years of experience
in account management, sales support, or customer success roles
~ High level of English, spoken and written – it’s important to communicate with all countries.
~ Organizational, planning and analytical skills
~ Strong relationship-building and account management skills.
~ Commercial mindset with a focus on customer success.
~ Experience in sales support and contract management.
