Senior field application engineer (m/f/d)

Per primario cliente del settore TELCO, Grafton è alla ricerca di un Senior Field Application Engineer . The Senior Field Application Engineer will be involved in the design, validation and deployment of complex networking solutions, acting as a trusted technical advisor for customers and internal stakeholders. The role also includes mentoring junior engineers and contributing to technical best practices. Provide advanced pre- and post-sales technical support to ISPs and key customers. Design, validate and troubleshoot complex network architectures (fixed and wireless). Support field trials, proof-of-concept activities and large-scale deployments. Deliver technical training and workshops to customers and internal teams. Mentor junior engineers and support their technical growth. 4 years of experience in a technical engineering role within the ISP, networking or telecommunications environment. ~ Strong knowledge of IP networking and protocols (TCP/IP, routing, switching). ~ Solid understanding of Wireless LAN technologies, network security and Qo S. ~ Experience with cloud-based network management systems and/or Io T solutions is a plus. ~ Fluent in English and Italian.
