Job description:
Key ResponsibilitiesSkills required: -
· Hands on experience with O365 tools like Outlook, MS-TEAMS, OneDrive and OneNote
· Hand-on experience in configuring laptop/desktop for end-users.
· Hands -on experience in upgrading windows OS, installing patches and updating drivers
· VIP support experience
· Ability to understand networking concepts and support network team
· Demonstrate skills in supporting printers in an enterprise environment
· Experience in supporting large TEAMS meeting
· Experience in supporting Townhalls
· Hands on experience in using imaging laptops/desktops
· Ability to use remote desktop support tools.
· Ability to follow documentation and knowledge articles to provision operating systems and software onto workstations and laptops and to solve common issues.
· Basic knowledge on SharePoint and share drives
· Hands-on experience in using ServiceNow
· Hands on experience in supporting Video conferencing devices.
· Working knowledge on Microsoft Active Directory.
· Hands on experience in using Microsoft OS (Windows 10⁄11 )and o365 suite
· Hands on experience with installation of desktop software.
· Ability to disconnect/reconnect computer workstations, peripherals, and phone equipment.
· Safely move equipment point to point using wheeled carts.
· Follow ESD safety precautions to avoid electrostatic discharge or equipment damage.
· Ability to communicate fluently in Englis & local language
· Strong customer service skills.
· Strong troubleshooting skills.
· Disciplined and systematic problem-solving skills required.
