Project manager, global retail product launch

We've recently launched a new global Frames Business, which is a big step forward for us, bringing together lenses and frames under one brand. It's early days, which means lots of opportunity to shape how this grows. We're now looking for a Project Manager, Frames Business to join the team in Castiglione Olona (VA), Italy. The role This is a hands-on project management role focused on global retail projects and new product launches. You'll be:

Running projects linked to consumer goods, launches, and retail rollouts across different markets Working with teams across regions and functions to keep things moving and aligned Building and managing project plans, timelines, risks, and budgets Helping bring structure to a fast-moving, sometimes unclear environment Acting as the link between global strategy and what actually happens in market

It's a new business unit, so things won't always be perfectly defined. You'll need to be comfortable figuring things out as you go and keeping momentum. What we're looking for

3 to 6 years' experience in project management Experience in global retail, consumer goods, or similar environments Ideally, hands-on involvement in new product launches across multiple markets Confidence working across functions and geographies in a matrix setup Strong communication skills and the ability to keep stakeholders aligned Someone who is proactive, organized, and comfortable working at pace

Nice to have

Degree in Business, Engineering, or similar Experience in eyewear, optics, fashion, or consumer products Familiarity with tools like MS Project or Jira Exposure to PLM systems PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or similar certification German language skills, not essential Willingness to travel globally, up to around 30%
