About The Job
You are our brand advocate and Crystal Expert. In this role, and together with the team, you will:
Act as a Crystal Expert and trusted advisor, accompanying our customers on a mesmerizing Swarovski journey and creating an emotional connection through an extraordinary luxury experience at every touchpoint
Anticipate customers’ needs with confidence, expertise, and passion, sharing inspiring styling advice and guiding them to find the perfect piece to celebrate their dreams and special moments
Showcase and present our legendary diamond jewelry collections with authority and storytelling, bringing to life the craftsmanship, innovation, and beauty behind each design
Have intermediate/basic knowledge of diamonds, including the 4Cs (cut, color, clarity, and carat), certifications, and quality, to assist customers in making informed choices in a luxury retail environment
Build and nurture long-term client relationships through personalized service, exceptional attention to detail, and a genuine passion for fashion and jewelry
Contribute to individual and store sales performance while consistently representing Swarovski’s values, standards, and world of wonder with professionalism and excellence
