Opening Hours:

Daytime operation (11.00 to 19.00)

Contract:

Italian CCNL Turismo – D Level (with overtime & bonuses)

About the Role We are looking for an energetic, reliable, and service‑driven Runner to support our dining team on the floor.

You will work closely with the waiters to ensure a smooth service flow, maintain well prepared sections, support guest requests, and actively ensure an organized and efficient environment throughout the day.

Your role involves being active on the section, anticipating team needs, and contributing to the overall guest experience in a high‑end, fast‑paced luxury setting.

This position is ideal for individuals eager to grow within premium hospitality, learn service dynamics, and develop strong operational foundations.

Prerequisites

Strong work ethic and positive, proactive attitude

Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, teamwork‑focused environment

High attention to detail and willingness to support all aspects of service

Previous experience in restaurants, beach clubs, or hospitality venues is preferred

Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus

Must have the right to work in Italy full‑time (we do not sponsor visas)

Personal transportation is preferred due to the location
