We are looking for a
Human Resources Manager
to join our South Italy Plant in Manfredonia, Italy. The ideal candidate would have the following qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR or relevant disciplines
Minimum 10 years of experiences in end-to-end HR practices preferably in manufacturing
Minimum 3 years of experience in team management
Excellent MS Office skills
Experienced in Industrial Relations management and union relations
Having experience in HR systems such as SAP and Success Factors
Good command of HR regulations
Having an Advanced level of English and Italian
Strong coordination skills with teamwork and strong drive-in process improvement
Having strong communication skills and a solution-oriented perspective with high level of problem-solving abilities
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Proactive and self-starter
No obstacle to travel
Job Description
Developing and improving Human Resources practices, monitoring, and managing the results; providing insights/knowledge on the local labor market to HQ and local functions, identifying development areas and monitoring outputs
Interpreting the HR analytics reports (e.g. employee engagement survey, workforce turnover rate, demographics) and communicating the same to business units, developing advice in line with the requirements, building and tracking action plans with the leadership to ensure continuous improvement
Conducting all of the HR activities (from recruitment to resignations/quits) managed under the business units they are responsible for in line with internal regulations and local legislation & supporting Industrial Relations and Law Department regarding labor cases
Preparing an annual workforce plan with managers & providing consultancy and coaching to managers on matters related to workforce so as to shape the HR strategy properly
Supporting the relevant teams in processes regarding job families, job ratings, and title structure for business units they are responsible for in line with the organizational development processes carried out across the Group
Managing the recruitment process for all positions under their area of responsibility according to the standards set by the Center of Excellence; taking on a role in competency and potential assessment processes as part of talent management for all positions under their area of responsibility
Managing communication with unions and union representatives and supporting collective agreement processes
Responsible for necessary actions to be taken in line with Ethical rules and company discipline policies
