Every day we impact the lives of millions by changing the way people see the world.ENVISION YOUR FUTURE JOBWe are looking for a motivated, curious, and enterprising talent to join us at our Operations Headquarters in Agordo (BL).As an Industrialization Engineer, you will have the opportunity to experience managing a highly complex manufacturing department, ensuring excellent quality standards and managing the introduction of new products.Main responsibilities:Drive alignment of the New Product Introduction strategy with internal stakeholdersAddress unresolved problems by working with technical office, quality, and tooling engineering teamsVerify the work cycle of components using data from the pre-series areaVerify the accuracy of the bill of materials (BOM)Verify the correctness of work cycles declared by pre-seriesVerify the correctness of the bill of materialsConduct field inspections of workpieces by interfacing with department heads, shift leaders, area managers, and the quality departmentExecute tests within the departmentInterface with the shop floor for execution and validation of testsCollaborate with UT for component designVerify eyeglass status transitionsPORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATEYou have a degree in EngineeringYou have at least 2 years of experience in a complex environmentGood knowledge of MS OfficeYou possess a strong entrepreneurial mindset, are proactive, and inspire others to be proactive too!You see solutions rather than problems and excel at solving problems!You love challenges and take your responsibilities seriouslyYou are flexible and adaptable to constant changeYou have strong facilitation and communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
