The ideal candidate is a curious, analytical and motivated professional, eager to grow within a dynamic environment and supported by a team of senior experts who will guide them in mastering this field.**Job Description:**Key responsibilities:* Brief analysis: contribute to propose the best radio planning to respond to brief request (communication KPI / budget)* Creation of radio rankings: Compile and update radio station rankings using audience listening data (Competitive Arena MCS) to support planning and competitive assessments.* Analysis of radio investments: Monitor and evaluate advertising investments on radio (AQX) to measure campaign effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities.* Schedule management: Organize and manage schedules to ensure the correct distribution and implementation of planned activities.* Administrative plan management: Support the operational and administrative aspects of radio and cinema advertising plans using ADBOX and other report systemsRequirements* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Economics, or related fields* 2+ years of experience in the media industry (radio, cinema, media planning, or similar) considered a plus* Good Knowledge of English, both written and spoken* Strong command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders* Curiosity, analytical mindset, and willingness to learn within a structured but dynamic environment**Location:**Milan**Brand:**Amplifi**Time Type:**Full time**Contract Type:**Permanentlocations:
