Development Management Senior Manager

We are seeking a highly driven and hands-on Corporate Development Manager to join our Finance Team, reporting directly to the CFO and working on funding, strategic finance and growth initiatives.

Build, maintain, and update detailed financial models supporting the business plan, long-term projections and valuation Actively prepare and manage investor decks, financial presentations and data rooms for equity and debt fundraising Execute fundraising processes, including investor outreach, Q&A management, and follow-ups Academic background in Economics, Finance, or related fields ~ Strong hands-on expertise in financial modeling, business planning, cash flow forecasting and valuation ~ Proven experience in preparing and managing materials for equity and debt investors ~ Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus
