We´re building a world class sales team, and you’ll play a key role in shaping it. There is a ton of demand on the market and just a handful of companies that do what we do, It’s a rare opportunity to contribute directly to a company growth ambition in an expanding market.
You’ll be responsible for closing 25-30 clients per year, combining your own pipeline and the performance of your SDR team.
Your daily activities might look like this:
Prospecting new accounts and identify warm leads
Running demos for qualified leads you and SDRs source
Owning the commercial cycle end-to-end and ensure closing deals is as smooth as possible
Take full ownership of your pipeline
Wether you are an experienced closer or someone who has rapidly grown into the role, what matters is your ability to own a quota and deliver consistently.
What we think you’ll appreciate
This role comes with a revenue quota, real pressure and a market so big it can feel overwhelming BUT we also have some good news about the role. Specifically:
Ownership of your time, pipeline and strategies; no micro-management (we’re growing so fast that no one has time to breath on your neck) You can choose with territory to focus on and engage with the world’s most famous brands
You can be fully remote if you like, or join us either in Milan or Rome
Bi-annual international retreat
Gift and travel budget to please prospects
Dedicated budget for sales tools and sales training
You’ll be evaluated on one thing: revenue
Compensation
Base salary: 40k - 60k
Uncapped commission
Clear OTE aligned with quota
What we’re looking for
We try to keep bias around background and titles to a minimum, but for this role, a few things really matter:
You take responsibility of your number, fully and without excuses
You’re comfortable handling objections and negotiation process
You communicate clearly (we literally have no time to go back and forth on simple issues) You are curious and strategic, meaning you understand sales thinking
You achieve your goals, whatever it takes
The process
You can expect a quick 3-steps evaluation process:
First meeting with Sales Ops (CV review, role discussion) Second meeting with Head of Sales/AE (practical case to test deal strategy, objections, and closing approach) Third meeting with the CEO (values and culture)
