Branch Manager – Car Rental Industry Location: Milan Malpensa Airport Contract: Full-Time Are you an experienced leader with a passion for customer service and operations? The Role In this pivotal position, you will oversee the full rental office operation, coordinate resources, solve day-to-day challenges, and work closely with internal teams in a collaborative, results-driven environment. You will play a key role in building a strong team culture while ensuring smooth, efficient, and customer-focused operations. Branch Manager Key Responsibilities: Lead and motivate daily team activities, including shift scheduling, goal setting, and hands-on coaching Recruit, train, develop, and evaluate staff in line with performance standards and growth objectives Manage vehicle delivery and return processes, including inspections, damage handling, and quality control Collaborate with Operations, Fleet, and Customer Service teams to support business goals and network expansion Collect and act on customer feedback to continuously improve service quality Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards Contribute ideas to improve processes within a fast-evolving organisation Branch Manager Requirements : Previous experience in customer service and car rental, ideally with leadership or supervisory exposure Excellent communication skills (fluent English required, additional languages advantageous) Strong customer service mindset and organisational skills Confident using mobile devices, tablets, and operational apps Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays Valid driving licence Branch Manager Additional Benefits: Competitive Salary + benefits Opportunity for professional growth within the business
