With operations across Europe and award-winning technology, they are expanding in Italy and seeking motivated individuals to join their growing team.The Opportunity:We are looking for aspiring or junior Solar PV Field Technicians to join our client’s team in Ravenna. This is an ideal role for candidates with a technical background in electrical, energy, or industrial sectors who want to build a career in the solar industry. Full training and mentorship will be provided.Key Responsibilities: Assist with installation, commissioning, and testing of utility-scale photovoltaic systemsSupport preventive and corrective maintenance on solar plantsLearn to diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical faults in PV systemsMonitor system performance and assist in optimization tasksHelp replace faulty components (panels, inverters, cables)Maintain accurate records of site visits and maintenance activitiesFollow all safety protocols and support a safe work environmentWhat we're looking for: Technical diploma, degree, or hands-on experience in electrical, energy, automation, or related fieldsEagerness to learn and develop new skills in solar PVPractical mindset and willingness to work on-siteProblem-solving attitude and attention to detailTeam player with good communication skillsFluent Italian (essential);
