Offerta

- Oversee, direct, and manage all aspects of financial planning and budget management in the company. - Assist in performing all tasks necessary to achieve the organization's mission and help execute staff succession and growth plans. - Train the Finance Department and other staff on raising awareness and knowledge of financial management matters. - Work with the CEO and HQ on the strategic vision including fostering and cultivating stakeholder relationships. - Build budget and business plans as needed with Operations and organize their follow-up. - Prepare the yearly budget and forecast for the entity in liaison with all the company's departments and in close liaison with Corporate finance headquarters. - Analyze and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner; clearly communicate monthly and annual financial statements. - Oversee all financial, project/program and grants accounting. - Prepare and assist the tax advisor with tax returns, VAT, WHT, deferred tax corporate tax and any other taxes. - Coordinate and lead the annual audit process, liaise with external auditors and the finance committee of the board of directors. - Update and implement all necessary business policies and accounting practices; improve the finance department's overall policy and procedure manual.

Competenze ed esperienza

- A degree in Finance or Accounting, or a related field. - Proven experience in financial management and accounting. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - Superior leadership skills and experience in team management. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Knowledge of the FMCG industry would be a valuable asset.
